 Sherri is the Owner & Principal Broker of McIver Realty Group.  Sherri obtained her KY real estate license in 2010 establishing the love for real estate while working full time jobs acquiring top real estate sales awards.  Sherri felt that real estate was her calling and wanted to pursue owing her own company and acquired her Kentucky Brokers license.  Sherri's dream came true in 2017 as she opened McIver Realty Group. In 2020, Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.
 

Having a happy buyer and seller is what make this small town "Gal" smile.  She loves helping clients find their dream home or dream property and has a repeat client base. Her golden rule is "Treat Everyone Like You Would Want to be Treated and Live Everyday Like It's Your Last and Enjoy Life".
 

Sherri is a life-long resident of Cumberland County she has two children Gaberial Allen Stalcup who resides in Somerset, Kentucky and Chas McIver who resides in Albany, Kentucky.  Sherri is blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law, Katie Stalcup and a Granddaughter, Claria Grace Stalcup and a Grandson Abel Van Stalcup.  Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, boating on Dale Hollow Lake, deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding with friends,  and most of all, spending time with her biggest blessings, Claria Grace & Abel Van.

Luke is a Kentucky native and alumus of Cumberland County High School where he graduated as valedictorian and class president. Luke also attended Murray State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and a bachelor’s degree in political science, minoring in legal studies. During Luke’s final year of college, he earned the top two honors in his fields of study (1. the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Political Science & 2. the Hutson School of Agriculture Outstanding Senior) as well as the highest honor that can be given by the university, the Outstanding Senior Man of Murray State University.

Luke wears many hats. He is the founder of Southern Dot Furniture, a real estate broker and investor, auctioneer, cattle farmer, lifetime FFA member, and former Kentucky FFA state/regional/chapter officer. Luke has worked in public service at both the state and federal level, first at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and then at the United States House of Representatives. From farmhouses and rent houses to apartments and commercial buildings, Luke enjoys putting his knowledge and experience to work to help others structure win-win deals!  

My Name is Vickie Pruitt and I live in Burkesville, Cumberland County, Kentucky. I have lived in Cumberland County most of my life. I have one son, Cody who is married to Winter and they have twin boys that keeps me on my toes. 

I am currently a Real Estate Agent with McIver Realty Group, LLC., in Burkesville. I worked for the City of Burkesville as the City Clerk/Treasurer for 27 years and worked at the Cumberland County Hospital for ten years as a Patient Financial Counselor. I also work part-time for Judd Law Office in Burkesville and Lexis-Nexis as a Data Collector Support Specialist.

I enjoy the outdoors, golfing, being on the lake, doing photography and love meeting people. I am also a Volleyball Referee and officiate all over the state of Kentucky. I also work in several other states such as Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, and Illinois.

One reason I decided to become a real estate agent was to help people find their dream home or that getaway cabin in the woods, or help them find beautiful land in the country, close to our beautiful lakes or the Cumberland River. Being a life-time resident, I know the people and the beauty of Cumberland County and our surrounding counties very well.

Sarah studied international business and Spanish at Murray State University, where she earned the awards for Outstanding Senior in International Business along with the International Education Award. She then earned a master’s degree in diplomacy and international commerce at the University of Kentucky. She puts her education to use working as Quality Manager and Mexico Plant Liaison at Anderson Forest Products where she created, implemented, and maintains the quality management system that earned certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. 

She relocated to South Central KY from Louisville after marrying her husband, Luke. When she isn’t working or spending time with family, she enjoys making jewelry, door signs, and any other crafty thing you can think of.

Sarah has lived all around Kentucky and travelled many places around the world, but there’s something about Cumberland County that makes it a place you’ll want to call “home.” She is excited to show clients what Kentucky has to offer!

I am a local Cumberland County, Ky native. I grew up in Burkesville, Ky, graduating class of 2008. I currently reside in Clay County, Tn (Celina) with my amazing wife, Winter Pruitt and our 6 year old twin boys, Aiden & Caden. In my free time you will find my family and I on Dale Hollow Lake during the summer or coaching and watching our boys in sports activities throughout the year. I started my career working out of town as a General Manager in the RV industry. Once we started a family I desired to be back home more with my wife and children. I am currently an Affiliated Associate with Transamerica Insurance Agency and also own a small excavating company that operates local to Burkesville & Celina. I am excited to announce, I will now be advancing my career with McIver Realty Group as a Licensed Kentucky Real Estate Agent. Patricia is a lifelong resident of Cumberland County. Patricia is blessed with a son, PJ, and 4 grandchildren. Patricia enjoys meeting people,  riding around the country back roads, & relaxing with a good book. Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge with 14 years of management experience and working with the public. 

Hank is a Recue Dog from Sugarfoot Farm in Columbia, KY. Hank was rescued on 8-16-2019 and was born April 27, 2018. He is a mix breed of pug and lab. Hank greets our Buyers and Sellers with a bark and a smile as they enter the McIver Realty Group door. Hank loves to hear the phrase "Let's Go", because he knows it's time to travel. It's show time. His favorite property is farms so he can run and play and enjoy the great outdoors. His favorite food is ice cream. Hank is well known in the community and has lots of love from everyone.
