Sherri obtained her KY real estate license in 2010 establishing the love for real estate while working full time jobs acquiring top real estate sales awards. Sherri felt that real estate was her calling and wanted to pursue owing her own company and acuquired her Kentucky Brokers license. Sherri's dream came true in 2017 as she opened McIver Realty Group. In 2020 Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.

Sherri is a life long resident of Cumberland County & was married to the late Anthony Stalcup. They have one child Gaberial Allen Stalcup who resides in Somerset, Kentucky. Sherri is currently happily married to Charles McIver from Albany KY they have one child Chas McIver. Sherri is blessed with a wonderful daughter -in- law, Katie Stalcup and a Granddaughter, Claria Grace Stalcup. Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, golfing with her son Chas, deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding on a family farm located in the Mud Camp Community of Cumberland County, fishing with her Dad, and most of all spending time with her biggest blessing, Claria Grace.

Luke is a Kentucky native and alumus of Cumberland County High School where he graduated as valedictorian and class president. Luke also attended Murray State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and a bachelor’s degree in political science, while minoring in legal studies. During Luke’s final year of college, he earned the top two honors in his fields of study (1. the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Political Science & 2. the Hutson School of Agriculture Outstanding Senior) as well as the highest honor that can be given by the university, the Outstanding Senior Man of Murray State University.
Luke wears many hats. He is a small-business founder, real estate investor, auctioneer, auction house owner, cattle farmer, lifetime FFA member, and former Kentucky FFA state/regional/chapter officer with an interest in government. From farmhouses and rental properties to lake lots and commercial buildings, Luke enjoys putting his knowledge and experience to work to help others.

Mr. Hunter Easterling serves as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with McIver Realty Group, LLC. as well as Lead Ringman and Apprentice Auctioneer at Southern Dot Auction Spot, LLC. in beautiful Burkesville, KY. Hunter joined the auction industry in 2019 after graduating from the Kentucky Auction Academy. While there, Hunter received the “Best Auctioneer 2019” gavel, an award determined by the votes of his classmates. Having also graduated from Murray State University with a degree in agribusiness and a double minor in pre-law and real estate, Hunter has used his education throughout KY. Hunter regularly assists with estate buyouts, business downsizing, website development, training other members of the ring, and being an ambassador for the McIver Realty Group and Southern Dot Auction Spot brand in Kentucky. When Hunter’s not running the ring, you’ll find him out running through Dale Hollow State Park for exercise or traveling the open road looking for rare finds. The only thing Hunter enjoys more than a good auction is getting to help others enjoy it, too!
Russell Decker lives in Cumberland County near Dale Hollow Lake. He is married to Bonnie Vincent Decker and has 2 children. Russell was honored to serve his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years. Russell retired as a Kentucky State Police Detective after 20 years of service and is currently a School Resource Officer in the Cumberland County School District. You can find Russell in his garage when he is not showing property rebuilding antique cars.
