 Sherri is the Owner & Principal Broker of McIver Realty Group.  Sherri obtained her KY real estate license in 2010 establishing the love for real estate while working full time jobs acquiring top real estate sales awards.  Sherri felt that real estate was her calling and wanted to pursue owing her own company and acquired her Kentucky Brokers license.  Sherri's dream came true in 2017 as she opened McIver Realty Group. In 2020, Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.
 

Having a happy buyer and seller is what make this small town "Gal" smile.  She loves helping clients find their dream home or dream property and has a repeat client base. Her golden rule is "Treat Everyone Like You Would Want to be Treated and Live Everyday Like It's Your Last and Enjoy Life".
 

Sherri is a life-long resident of Cumberland County she has two children Gaberial Allen Stalcup who resides in Somerset, Kentucky and Chas McIver who resides in Albany, Kentucky.  Sherri is blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law, Katie Stalcup and a Granddaughter, Claria Grace Stalcup and a Grandson Abel Van Stalcup.  Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, boating on Dale Hollow Lake, deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding with friends,  and most of all, spending time with her biggest blessings, Claria Grace & Abel Van.

 Leeann and her husband live and work in South Central Kentucky where they enjoy outdoor recreation and fitness activities. She knows the area and the real estate market very well. Her career also includes working for NASA and in healthcare operations and business development. Leeann enjoys helping bring people together with positive solutions. She takes pride in being true to her word and easy to work with. Leeann is also an animal lover and is every dog’s best friend. 

I am a resident of Clinton County, Kentucky and a 2023 Graduate of Cumberland County High School and the son of Charles McIver and Sherri Butler. From an early age I have been associated with real estate. I have been a  Marketing Assistant & Website Coordinator with McIver Realty Group prior to receiving my Kentucky real estate license. I look forward to helping Buyers & Sellers achieving their dream property or selling their property. I specialize in Commercial Property, large farm tracts, & will give my 110% work ethic in any of your real estate needs.

Patricia is a lifelong resident of Cumberland County. Patricia is blessed with a son, PJ, and 4 grandchildren. Patricia enjoys meeting people,  riding around the country back roads, & relaxing with a good book. Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge with 14 years of management experience and working with the public. 

Jeff is a native of Cumberland County bringing a wealth of experience to McIver Realty Group with his knowledge of previously  owning a small business, a life long farmer, a Quarter Horse Breeder, & the ability to understand working with the public.
