In 2020, Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.

Sherri is blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law, Katie Stalcup and a Granddaughter, Claria Grace Stalcup and a Grandson Abel Van Stalcup. Sherri enjoys spending time with her family, boating on Dale Hollow Lake, deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding with friends, and most of all, spending time with her biggest blessings, Claria Grace & Abel Van.

My Name is Vickie Pruitt and I live in Burkesville, Cumberland County, Kentucky. I have lived in Cumberland County most of my life. I have one son, Cody who is married to Winter and they have twin boys that keeps me on my toes.
I am currently a Real Estate Agent with McIver Realty Group, LLC., in Burkesville. I worked for the City of Burkesville as the City Clerk/Treasurer for 27 years and worked at the Cumberland County Hospital for ten years as a Patient Financial Counselor. I also work part-time for Judd Law Office in Burkesville and Lexis-Nexis as a Data Collector Support Specialist.
I enjoy the outdoors, golfing, being on the lake, doing photography and love meeting people. I am also a Volleyball Referee and officiate all over the state of Kentucky. I also work in several other states such as Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, and Illinois.
One reason I decided to become a real estate agent was to help people find their dream home or that getaway cabin in the woods, or help them find beautiful land in the country, close to our beautiful lakes or the Cumberland River. Hank is a Recue Dog from Sugarfoot Farm in Columbia, KY. Hank was rescued on 8-16-2019 and was born April 27, 2018. He is a mix breed of pug and lab. Hank greets our Buyers and Sellers with a bark and a smile as they enter the McIver Realty Group door. Hank loves to hear the phrase "Let's Go", because he knows it's time to travel. It's show time. His favorite property is farms so he can run and play and enjoy the great outdoors. His favorite food is ice cream. Hank is well known in the community and has lots of love from everyone.
