Hank (the dog)
Hank is a Recue Dog from Sugarfoot Farm in Columbia, KY. Hank was rescued on 8-16-2019 and was born April 27, 2018. He is a mix breed of pug and lab. Hank greets our Buyers and Sellers with a bark and a smile as they enter the McIver Realty Group door. Hank loves to hear the phrase "Let's Go", because he knows it's time to travel. It's show time. His favorite property is farms so he can run and play and enjoy the great outdoors. His favorite food is ice cream. Hank is well known in the community and has lots of love from everyone.
Sherri Butler, Principal Broker/owner Licensed In Ky And Tn
Sherri is the Owner and Principal Broker of McIver Realty Group. Sherri obtained her KY Real Estate License in 2010, establishing her love for real estate while working full-time jobs, acquiring top real estate sales awards.
Sherri felt that real estate was her calling and wanted to pursue owning her own company and acquired her Kentucky Broker’s License. Sherri's dream came true in 2017 as she opened McIver Realty Group. In 2020, Sherri felt the need to service the Tennessee area and obtained her Tennessee Broker License.
Having a happy buyer and seller is what makes this small-town "gal" smile. She loves helping clients find their dream home or dream property and has a repeat client base. Her golden rule is "Treat Everyone Like You Would Want To Be Treated, and Live Everyday Like It's Your Last and Enjoy Life".
Sherri is a lifelong resident of Cumberland County. She has 2 sons Gaberial Allen Stalcup is the oldest and a younger son Chas Thomas Wayne McIver. Sherri is blessed with a wonderful Daughter-In-Law, Katie Stalcup, & 2 Grandchildren Claira Grace Stalcup and Abel Van Stalcup.
Sherri enjoys deer hunting with her son Gabe, ATV riding on a family farm located in the Mud Camp Community of Cumberland County, fishing with her Dad, and most of all, spending time with her Grandchildren.

Luke King, Ky Real Estate Broker And Auctioneer
Luke is a Kentucky native and alumnus of Cumberland County High School, where he graduated as valedictorian and class president. Luke also attended Murray State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business and a bachelor’s degree in political science, minoring in legal studies.
During Luke’s final year of college, he earned the top two honors in his fields of study (One, the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Political Science and two, the Hutson School of Agriculture Outstanding Senior), as well as the highest honor that can be given by the university, the Outstanding Senior Man of Murray State University.
Luke wears many hats. He is the founder of Southern Dot Furniture, a real estate broker and investor, auctioneer, cattle farmer, lifetime FFA member, and former Kentucky FFA state/regional/chapter officer.
Luke has worked in public service at both the state and federal levels, first at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and then at the United States House of Representatives.

My Name is Vickie Pruitt, and I live in Burkesville, Cumberland County, Kentucky. I have lived in Cumberland County most of my life. I have one son, Cody, who is married to Winter, and they have twin boys that keep me on my toes.
I am currently a real estate agent with McIver Realty Group, LLC., in Burkesville. I worked for the City of Burkesville as the City Clerk/Treasurer for 27 years and worked at the Cumberland County Hospital for 10 years as a Patient Financial Counselor. I also work part-time for Judd Law Office in Burkesville and Lexis-Nexis as a Data Collector Support Specialist.
I enjoy the outdoors, golfing, being on the lake, and doing photography, and I love meeting people. I am also a Volleyball Referee and officiate all over the state of Kentucky. I also work in several other states, such as Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, and Illinois.
One reason I decided to become a real estate agent was to help people find their dream home or that getaway cabin in the woods or help them find beautiful land in the country, close to our beautiful lakes or the Cumberland River. Being a lifetime resident, I know the people and the beauty of Cumberland County and our surrounding counties very well.

Randy is a Cumberland County native and a 1992 graduate of Cumberland County High School. He studied Business Administration at Western Kentucky University and has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.
In addition to being a real estate agent, Randy is employed as a foreman with A&C Communications and a Co-Owner of Dale Hollow Builders. He also serves as a part-time preacher at Hickory Grove Church of Christ.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Mandy, for 25 years. They have two daughters, Kailey and Taylor, and a granddaughter named Jessie.
With my construction experience, I know the ins and outs, from the foundation to the roof, so let me help you from listing to closing.
Sarah King, Ky Licensed Agent
Sarah studied international business and Spanish at Murray State University, where she earned the awards for Outstanding Senior in International Business along with the International Education Award. She then earned a master’s degree in diplomacy and international commerce at the University of Kentucky.
She puts her education to use working as Quality Manager and Mexico Plant Liaison at Anderson Forest Products, where she created, implemented, and maintains the quality management system that earned certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
She relocated to South Central KY from Louisville after marrying her husband, Luke. When she isn’t working or spending time with family, she enjoys making jewelry, door signs, and any other crafty thing you can think of.
Sarah has lived all around Kentucky and traveled to many places around the world, but there’s something about Cumberland County that makes it a place you’ll want to call “home.” She is excited to show clients what Kentucky has to offer!

I am a local Cumberland County, Ky native. I grew up in Burkesville, Ky, graduating class of 2008. I currently reside in Clay County, Tn (Celina) with my amazing wife, Winter Pruitt and our 6 year old twin boys, Aiden & Caden. In my free time you will find my family and I on Dale Hollow Lake during the summer or coaching and watching our boys in sports activities throughout the year. I started my career working out of town as a General Manager in the RV industry. Once we started a family I desired to be back home more with my wife and children.
